Falls are one of the top reasons that older adults are hospitalized which lead to many other health risks. Building better balance is the best way to reduce that risk. New Moms are finding a new balance within their bodies. It is important to redefine your body's balance post-partum. I am credentialed in balance training.
Strengthening your core gives you the ability to have better balance, fight osteoporosis, arthritis and many other chronic and painful conditions. I am specially certified in Core Development.
This is also critical for new Moms to reengage the core muscles and strength after childbirth.
My balance and core programs will help build strength which improves overall independence. All programs are specifically designed for all levels of ability from new Moms, very active adults and more sedentary adults.
