Strengthening your core gives you the ability to have better balance, fight osteoporosis, arthritis and many other chronic and painful conditions. I have a fully developed program, which I am specially certified, to build better balance and core specifically for the older adult.
My balance and core programs will help build strength which improves overall independence. All of my programs are specifically designed for all levels of ability from the very active adult to the wheelchair dependent adult. I have a specialized training in strength training and stretching to provide the most up-to-date to my clients.
