Flexibility and stretching are integral parts of well-rounded fitness programs and vital to overall health and wellness. Stretching is known to have multiple benefits, such as improved posture and strength when combined with exercise and increased joint mobility and range of motion. Regular stretching can improve the daily functional movement and overall quality of life, increase sleep quality, and reduce pain more than aerobic exercise alone.
I will provide an individualized stretching plan that will provide the safest and most rewarding stretch for your personal needs. Each day your flexibility changes. Working with a professional that is trained in sensing the constantly evolving needs of the individual client is the only way to reach the optimum benefits that a stretching program provides.
Most muscles cannot be effectively stretched independently. The individual may not stretch properly, causing injury, or not stretch to your maximum benefit. Having a certified professional perform your stretch, Range of Motion and safety will yield the greatest result.

This is a hands-on, interactive program. I will be moving your body into different positions with your assistance. If this is not something you feel comfortable with, please contact Jackie to discuss other options.
A 12 hour cancellation policy is in effect. If you fail to cancel your appointment prior to the 12 hour window, you will be charged in full for your appointment time.
